im hungry... just woke up after sleeping from 7pm - 5am. (normal sleeping hrs finally?) hehe.

had a big day today. finished my 5pg essay @ 9am and then went to my 10am philosphy class which i've been missing for weeks. well, the only reason i went was to pick up my essay. here's the funny thing. during discussion, my GSI said that everyone did better this time and there were a lot more B's. i'm like sweet! i haven't told u much about my philosophy class have i? yah, i'm not doing too well. got a C+ on first midterm, C- on first essay, B- on 2nd midterm so yah, i was hoping to be able to pull at least a B- from this class. got my 2nd essay back today and i got an A!!! after class i was literally jumping for joy. hehe

unfortunately, my googlegear package (my shiny new amd xp2400+) came today when i wasn't here. stupid UPS. said delivery date was on MONDAY!!! arrrrgggh. now i have to live with the fact that i could've gotten my cpu 3 days earlier!

went to my cs61c lab to pick up my midterm and found out i got 12.5/20. not sure what the mean is. i hope somewhere around there. then i also had my scandinavian midterm which i dont think i did too well. o well, the day's ended. (^_^x)

oooh, i forgot to tell u i got a 93/100 on my ee40 midterm. nothing to be too happy about since the mean was 85.

thanks to Chris-Marks for donating this

thanks to ungsunghero for notifying me that DeadAIM is no longer free. they now chargeing $1.50 if you want to use it. since it was free once before, it's left a lot of footprints around, so u can still actually d/l it for free. a little google magic and i've found: ET Planet. they have a direct link to d/l their newest version DeadAIM 3.2.1 which costs $1.50 on their main site. If their link dies too, email me or something if u need it. (^_^x)

thanks to crabyaple for donating this link. some very kewl conceptual type of art.

thanks to liam for notifying me that "freaky short film" link in my buddy profile no longer works. Chrysler got smart and implemented a user/login system which forces you to register. you can still watch the clip here. welp, thanks to the magic of google, i was able to find this article which taught you have to save streaming files such as Real Media and ASF/WMV, those stupid ones that will only allow u to stream, but not save. With this magical program, u can now even save Berkeley Webcast Lectures!!! Here's the compressed video clip (compressed from 86.6megs to 7.82megs). i was only able to get it to play on VLC. even stupid windows media player was giving me problems, playing only the audio, and not the video.

welp, it's almost 6am and i'm still awake. been up for over 24hrs. i think it's time to get some shut eye. oyasumi nasai. (-_-x)zzZZ

got my eye exam this morning! pretty kewl place. found out my eyes actually got BETTER!

then i went to get get a jamba juice. since there's 3 new strawberry flavors, i'm insistent in trying out all 3. last time i got my "free" strawberry wild. today i got my "almost free" strawberry tsunami. i almost got it free cause the lady @ the cashier (probably enchanted by my charm, j/k ;p) forgot to collect my money. i stood by the cash register and she started making my smoothie and told me to go wait @ the pickup place. being as honest as i am, i stated i havent paid yet and she goes, "oooopz, sorry bout that." but here's the official description of strawberry tsunami from their site:

Strawberry Tsunami™: Let the wave of flavor rush over you! Made with Jamba's fresh squeezed lemonade, and loaded with strawberries, this refreshingly tart smoothie will put a pep in your step. High in vitamin C, and providing four of the B vitamins and a good source of fiber, you'll sip and smile as you reap these benefits AND great taste from good old mother nature! ingredients: White Grape Juice (from concentrate), Lime Sherbet, Frozen Strawberries, Fresh Lemon Juice, Frozen Peaches, Ice.

no wonder it tasted so familiar. it reminded me of the TGIF's strawberry lemonade. oooooh, those were so good. of course i've gotta thank ungsunghero for introducing it to me this past winter break... or was it spring break... hehe

"Read it and weep, Mr. Hon" - last thing i heard before i found out i got an A on my 3rd Scandinavian essay.
